  • To modify or change the time of your reservation, please click on the "modify your reservation" button in your reservation confirmation email. If you are within 72 hours of your reservation, note that all reservations are non-refundable within this window and cannot be modified. We look forward to hosting you at The Cocktail Club.

  • To ensure great service, we respectfully require that we keep to a maximum of three checks per party.

  • The reservation includes a 90 minute cocktail experience that consists of three high-end craft cocktails. If there is not another reservation after your time slot we will extend an invitation to stay after and enjoy drinks ala carte with our mixologist. If we are booked for another seating, you will be invited to stay after at Hook Hall outside the Cocktail Club.

  • Our cocktail club currently seat up to 4 people in a single time slot, but we can accommodate up to 16 with an event booking. Please email info@hookhall.com.

  • We ask that guests show up on time for their reservations. Reservations start at the time of the actual reservation and not upon arrival. After 30 minutes from your reservation, we will make your reservation available for another party. If you show up later than 30 minutes, we will try our best to find your group a seat, but no promises on missed reservations.

  • Hook Hall is a cashless facility, while card payments can be made onsite.

  • Cocktail Club is 21+ so plan your reservations accordingly.

  • Your credit card will reflect a pre-authorized $50 charge for PCI compliance. It’ll disappear in 24 hours and you won’t be charged. You will only be charged the amount on your tab (bill) when you closeout.

    **Please note that 20% gratuity is automatically applied to any tab left open at close.**

  • Cocktail Club is a beverage-only experience. We ask that you do not bring outside food into the Cocktail Club. Varying food options will be available in Hook Hall before or after your experience.

    Hook Hall does not allow guests to bring outside beverages (including alcohol) to Hook Hall. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate removal from our facility.Item description

  • Our venue is a SMOKE & VAPE-FREE facility. If you wish to smoke or vape, please use the designated smoking area outside the front gate.

    **And this goes without saying -- legal substances only.** Please ask our staff for designated outside smoking areas.
